"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

After a lot of 404 errors and the server giving me a lot of lip, I finally got my image of Hermoine up. Hopefully I have the full picture and the preview file in the right places and not criss crossed, but I'm really really tired right now so who knows what I'll discover come the light of day...
